How do I get started?
Create a free account and you'll be able to start a tree right away — add yourself, your parents, siblings, and children, attach photos, and share the tree with family in view-only or editor mode.
Is RodTree free?
Yes — the Free plan lets you build one tree of up to 50 people with 50 photos, no time limit. Lifetime Pro is an optional one-time purchase that removes those limits and unlocks exports, more editor slots, and custom themes.
Are there any subscriptions or recurring charges?
No. Lifetime Pro and all add-on packs are one-time payments. Nothing renews automatically.
How do I request a refund?
For purchases made on the web (via WayForPay), email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and describe the issue. Refunds for in-app purchases on iOS or Android must be requested through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
How do I delete my account?
Email [email protected] from your registered email address and we will permanently delete your account and all associated server-side data within 30 days.
